Utensil Poker is a weapon introduced in Revenge of the Yolk. It's an unlockable in all games it appears in, except for Universe. This page describes the version seen in Revenge of the Yolk, Ultimate Omelette and Cluck of the Dark Side.
It is a special weapon designed specifically for use against the Chickens. It fires forks at a decent firerate, which can deliver more damage than most other weapons. The projectiles can either go straight up, or to the sides, giving it a wide range. Its only disadvantage is that it's locked behind unlockables in all games it appears in.
You can unlock this weapon in Revenge of the Yolk for completing a mission once. After that, it may appear starting from Chapter 6. The Yolk-Star™ will drop it even if it's not unlocked. In Ultimate Omelette and Cluck of the Dark Side, it has to be bought for 200 and 150 respectively. Even then, it won't appear until Chapter 5.
In Universe, it's unlocked from Tier 10.
Pros
It can fire both straight and to the sides.
Great choice for chapters like Supernova Explosion or the Feather Fields of Yolkon-7 due to its spread.
Like other weapons, the Utensil Poker exists as an item that can be bought either in the galactic shop or at Heroware stores. Its price in the galactic shop is 575 , and upgrades cost 144 , with the total expenditure being 1727 . Without upgrading, it weighs 860kg and uses up 190 KW of energy. After fully upgrading, it weighs 1260kg and uses up 500 KW of energy.

Trivia
The forks are used as cursors in the Chicken Invaders games and on the wiki.
In the main menu of the non-remastered The Next Wave, you can poke a Chicken with a fork until it flies offscreen. This might be what inspired this weapon.
The internal name for its shooting sound is "sword".
The final power level used to be stronger before 0.40BETA. It presumably added two Carving Forks instead of regular ones, bringing the damage up to 3150 per volley.
