Neutron Gun is one of the oldest weapons in the Chicken Invaders series, appearing in every game since The Next Wave. It made its first appearance in The Next Wave and got a visual update starting from Revenge of the Yolk and beyond. This page describes the version seen in The Next Wave.
It fires green bullets that are able to deliver more damage compared to most weapons, especially at high power levels. The projectiles will always go straight up. Its main disadvantages are the slow projectile speed and firerate. It only gains minimal spread when it reaches ⚡20.
